This was my English textbook as a High School senior in Cuba, back in 1955. It was out of print by that time, but the nun who was teaching us was ADAMANT and refused to use any other. So she had us get copies from older students.It is old fashioned, and young people today will probably find it dull. But English is still English, and good writing remains a goal to be attained deliberately and systematically. I learned a lot from it, and still enjoy perusing it.
